Design process
This bathroom embodies modern luxury and elegance, thoughtfully designed to complement the unique character of the sloped ceiling. The freestanding bath takes pride of place beneath the window, perfectly positioned where full headroom is not required, creating a striking focal point. Along the tallest wall, a sleek double vanity with an illuminated mirror provides both practicality and style, ensuring the space feels balanced and inviting. Marble-effect porcelain tiles with warm veining sweep across the walls, while stone-textured flooring grounds the room with a natural, understated finish. Brass fittings, from the taps and shower to the twin heated towel rails, add a touch of warmth and sophistication, tying the design together beautifully. Clever lighting enhances the atmosphere, with LED backlighting around the mirror, recessed ceiling lights and softly lit alcoves all working in harmony to create a calming, spa-like feel.
